These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MealScale's website, admin dashboard, and related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using MealScale on behalf of a restaurant or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Services

MealScale provides cloud-based restaurant management tools including online ordering, POS, delivery management, loyalty programs, and analytics. Features may vary by subscription plan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation of services.

Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and use our services only for lawful restaurant and business operations.

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing selected at signup. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your agreement. We may change pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, upload malicious code, or use our platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to our platform or other users.

Intellectual Property

MealScale and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of your restaurant data and content you upload.

You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve our services.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MealScale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
